Ordering Payments & Installation

To order the Payments integration, you'll need contact your account representative. You may also be required to contact your POS representative if the qualification process reveals that your POS system does not meet the minimum requirements for integration, specifically regarding the appropriate licensing.

 

Once ordered, OpenTable will help install and support the Payments product. We will have an integration engineer work with your POS vendor to get the licence set up correctly, configure your POS system, and install the OpenTable Payments product.

 

Once installed, you can either post questions in the community or call 1-800-OPENTABLE to get support with Payments.
